Inspired by the idea of minimalism and the demands of the time, we have created this place in Rauris - our "Simple Life Apartments".
In the middle of the beautiful nature of Rauris, and yet close to the village and the ski slope, we have built 12 light-flooded, high-quality apartments!
All of that was done ecological, precious and sustainable. With complete solid wood construction, geothermal energy, photovoltaic system and only with the best regional partners and a sustainable concept.

Our spacious 1 room apartments convince with a separable double bed, free Wi-Fi, the latest technology (electronic access system, mobile phone key), large terraces or balconies and an exceptionally pleasant room climate thanks to the solid wood construction.
